17 And if he even refuses[a] to listen to the church, let him be to you just like the Gentile[b] and the tax-collector[c]. 18 Truly I say to you, whatever you[d] bind[e] on earth will have been bound[f] in heaven. And whatever you loose on earth will have been loosed in heaven. 19 Again[g], truly I say to you that if two of you on earth agree concerning any matter which they may ask, it will be done for them by My Father in the heavens.
